Students were asked to design a propaganda or poster as an exercise related to a larger project on ephemera. Immediately this student wanted to make a protest poster based off the sexual assault that she experienced on campus. She wanted to make a visual impact without being entirely obvious while also using as little text as possible. After workshopping some ideas, she created a poster that was visually striking and makes people stop to contemplate what it is saying before they have that quintessential ‘a-ha’ moment.
